Hi, I am Jason!
I am Jason Metz, the Founder of Talent Yeti and I love everything about Recruiting and Sourcing!
I started my career in 2006 as Recruiter for a company called MSI Systems Integrators. I had no idea at the time what an impact that opportunity would have on my life and career as that is where I took my first steps into what is now called Talent Sourcing. Since that time I have had the opportunity to work with companies across a wide spectrum of industries to provide a variety of HR solutions.
I am an Omaha native and a graduate of Bellevue University with my B.S. in Business Management and my M.A. in Management. I also hold my SPHR through HRCI along with both my CIR (Certified Internet Recruiter) and CSSR (Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter) certifications through AIRS Directory. Why Talent is my Passion
I love finding ways to solve the greatest challenge for any growing business: finding people. Companies don't know how to find people and people don't know the best way to market themselves for jobs. That means I, and every Talent professional out there, has the responsibility to make the connection.
