Our fee structure starts with an upfront, non refundable $500 for us to start working on finding your next hire. Whether you hire one of our candidates or a candidate from your network, this covers initial expenses for our team to get moving.
If you hire one of the candidates we provide to you, you pay 10% of the total compensation minus the initial $500. This is due after your hire starts. Call around and check, but the other guys want 20% - 30%. That is alot for a small business owner like yourself.
Lets us handle the advertisement, hunting and initial screening of Talent for your business. From there we hand the talent off to you for interviewing.
Other Recruiting services will give you replacement guarantees etc, that often times you don't need OR end up not using. All this fluff ends up costing your bottom line.

Its important that we meet to discuss expectations, but also to see if our offerings are a good fit for you and your business. It is important to us that we establish a level of trust.
Here we discuss the role you are looking to fill., what is most important to you in the person you hire and what you have to offer. We want to make sure we find you the best fit possible.
We may post a job OR just start cold calling. Either way, we know just how to promote your business to prospective candidates. With over 20 years of experience, we will find the right person.
We talk with candidates ahead of time to ensure you spend time meeting with candidates that fit you and your business. Small businesses have specific things to offer that aren't necessarily a good fit for every candidate.
We send the top prospects to you based on what we discussed in the intake. We will email a summary that includes why we would consider hiring them. Also included is some thoughts on things you might explore further with them.
This is where you come in. From the moment the candidate is presented, you have 48 hours to decide if you are going to interview them or not. From there, you meet with the candidates and make a decision. Time is of the essence!
We keep the non refundable $500. You owe us nothing further.
The $500 is applied to that one hire,. If you want to engage us in finding a hire for another role, then you will need to make another $500 initial deposit.
We keep working on finding you candidates. Our involvement ends once the person shows up on the first day.
Even if your hire starts and a few days later it isn't working out, we would be starting our processes again. Hiring through us would require another $500 deposit.
We do not. We know some great background check companies that we would refer you to. We also do not offer reference checks. Don't be fooled into believing reference checks are solid data points. 99% of the time, you are calling their friends to hear how great they are.
We have to be a good match. Some industries do not make sense for us to work with based on our network, experience and/or knowledge. We find this out in our initial meeting.
